Crochet Heart Clips

I’m always on the lookout of tiny little projects to use my ever- increasing stacks of leftover yarn. These cute little crochet heart is perfect to use on clips and pins or to decorate any other accessory. And for me, it’s great to use my left over yarn from my crochet roses project.

These are super simple to make, takes about 5 minutes to complete each heart.

Things needed:

Some leftover yarn

Glue gun


Stitches you should know:

tr – treble stitch

dc- double crochet

How to crochet the heart:

Ch 4. Join with a slip stitch to the first chain.

Ch2. Make 3 tr. in that first stitch, 3 dc in the same stitch, ch 1, 1 tr, ch 1, 3 dc, 3 tr, ch 2. ( All the stitches are in the same first stitch) Join with a slip stitch to the center of the heart.

Weave in ends. Apply a little glue on the pin and stick the heart onto the pin.
